Grandma's Soak Recipe

Grandma’s Soak Recipe

Massage and reflexology manually flush toxins, waste, and impurities from body tissue. To prevent soreness and assist with elimination, soak as soon as possible following a massage or reflexology session. Grandma’s Soak Recipe is a time-proven remedy.

Ingredients:  2 cups Epsom Salts,  1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar,  a few drops lavender essential oil (not flavoring or perfume) are optional, yet deeply restorative

Directions:

(1) Cleanse bath tub and rinse well.

(2) Run a warm bath, adding ingredients to help mix and dissolve Epsom Salts.

(3) Soak head, back, stomach, and limbs for 10-15 minutes total. (About 5 minutes laying on the back, 5 on stomach, 5 sitting up to cover all legs)

(4) Drain water and repeat steps 1, 2, 3, as desired.

Notes:  Avoid soaking too long to avoid reabsorbing whatever your body eliminated.

In a hurry? A foot bath is also effective. Reduce ingredients accordingly and soak for 10-15 minutes.
