Certification Programs...

In one year, students can complete a certification program in Reflexology© (200+ hrs) and continue and complete Therapeutic Reflexology© (an additional 150+ hrs).
Certification classes are small to focus on individual students to support learning, understanding, and competency.
Three-day classes are lecture, demonstration and practice sessions to learn technique, and one-on-one hands-on training personally supervised by Paula Stone, MA, NCTMB, LMT, CMR, CRI.
Stone is a Certified Master Reflexologist, Certified Reflexology Instructor, Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, Massage Therapy Instructor, and nationally published author.

Reflexology© Program
Beginner and introductory study program in relaxing reflexology gives time-proven techniques that can be used immediately.
Phased structured learning with supervised clinical experience helps students build skill quickly, builds confidence, and enhances practice opportunities.
Levels I, II, and III comprise the Reflexology Program.

Level I Introduction to Reflexology - Covers time-proven techniques for deep relaxation, self-help for the healthcare setting, personal care, and spa settings. Open to all. (70 hrs)

Level II Technique Enhancement and Proficiency - Presents advanced techniques, A & P for body systems, and finetunes technique to improve proficiency. (Prerequisite: Level I or transcript showing American Standard Reflexology techniques) (70 hrs)

Level III Holistic Prevention, Healing & Wellness - Aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, Hot Stone, nutrition, and other allied health topics to be used with reflexology, massage, or alone. Open to all. Prerequisite: Level II for certification) (70 hrs)

Advanced study in therapeutic reflexology is available for graduates and certified reflexologists of The Stone Institute or a reciprocol programs. Lower Extremity and Upper Extremity classes comprise the Therapeutic Reflexology Program.

Lower Extremity Advanced & Clinical Reflexology - Surveys reflexology systems and theories, demonstrates advanced techniques with a focus on lower extremity issues including diabetes, plantar fasciitis, more. (70 hr)

Upper Extremity and Hand Reflexology - Presents hand reflexology systems, focus on the hand and forearm, and hand reflex techniques, carpal tunnel syndrome, more. (70 hr)
