Grandma’s Water Recipe...

Massage and reflexology flush toxins and byproducts from the tissue. Drink your full allotment of water 24 hours following a session to eliminate these from the body, prevent reabsorption and soreness.

This recipe is excellent for daily rehydration. It is adaptable to all ages and lifestyles.

What kind of water?  The purest you can find, preferably spring water. Avoid distilled water as this leaches minerals from the body. Room temperature or warm is preferred.

How much water to drink?  Convert your body weight in pounds to ounces. Drink 30% to 50% of this value per day.* Drink 4 to 6 ounces (4-6 swallows) every half hour to avoid overworking the kidneys.

For example: You weight a 100 pounds. This converts to 100 ounces. You drink 30 to 50 ounces of water daily.

  • Consume the larger percentages when physically active, ill, or taking medications.
